This stone residence incorporates a mix of Modern-Italianate and Tuscan country house elements. Designed for an “empty nest” couple with a large extended family, this entertainment-oriented residence features a mix of formal and informal spaces.

The single floor living with walk-out lower level finishes were all completed by a professional interior designer. The focal point of the garden facade of this residence centers on the entertainment piazza and pool area.
