Mr. McNamee brings more than 40 years of management, business operations, strategic planning, economic development, governmental relations and consulting experience to SAA. He possesses significant experience in project and program development and management, professional service operations and procurement, project identification, permitting and implementation, grants funding and administration, marketing of professional services, and training. His client experience includes federal agencies (VA, USACOE, DOD, USPS), departments of general services, counties, townships and municipalities, transportation agencies, higher education institutions and K-12 schools, Fortune 500 companies, major developers, and many more. His project expertise extends to the government facilities, brownfields, environmental, utilities, transportation, infrastructure, and land development markets.
