Project Overview:

SAA provided complete architectural programming, design, bidding and construction administration services for the renovation of a 3,800 SF existing commercial space in a multi-tenant, multi-story building into a modern, patient-friendly Surgery and Ophthalmology Center.

The Center included design of vestibule/entryway; lobby and reception area; waiting rooms; public corridors; exam and surgery suites; patient rooms; private bathrooms; public restrooms; staff kitchen and break/dining area; offices; and administrative support areas. The space was designed with all new HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems; ADA upgrades throughout; new lighting; new energy efficient windows; new interior finishes, hardware, fixtures and furniture. The design emphasized upscale finishes and amenities, such as stone fireplaces, custom millwork granite and limestone products, to provide an aesthetically pleasing and warm patient environment, while remaining durable and low maintenance.
