Project Overview:

This award-winning design received a Citation Award from AIA Central Pennsylvania and was published nationally in Home and Living TRENDS, two unique accolades for a Central PA residence.

The contemporary design features natural materials throughout, with solar and sustainable design features. The private entry court forms a cloister effect with the two, three car detached garage buildings, and provides a private oasis in the surrounding woodland. The indoor- outdoor living space is oriented away from the entry to further enhance the owners’ privacy. The central feature of the house is the cathedral-like Great Room, with a 23′-0″ ceiling and vertical column rhythm designed to echo the surrounding trees.
