Project Overview:

Conversion of an existing freestanding Sears building into a CubeSmart self storage facility and flex retail tenant spaces.

A portion of the former building was demolished for a completely transformed new front retail facade. The self storage facility occupies two floors, approximately 113,000 SF, and features at grade loading on both levels. The entire building was upgraded to meet building and life safety codes as well as ADA accessibility standards. SAAarchitects was involved from design development and permitting through construction administration.
