Project Overview:

Linden Loft Apartments are the product of a total renovation and adaptive reuse of 60,000 SF former Carriage Works and Casket Company into a mixed use complex. The building includes 80 loft-style residential rental units, parking garage, on-site storage facility, and outdoor pavilions and courtyards. The design integrates many features of the former building such as flooring, structural steel and building envelope.

Improvements included all new: roof; elevators; HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems; lighting; windows; restrooms; and security system. Complex was upgraded to meet modern building, life safety and ADA standards and codes, as well as remediated of hazardous materials. Sustainable and Green features were utilized throughout the facility.
