Project Overview
 This project involved the revitalization and conversion of the former Quaker Oats Complex in Hampden Township. Demolition was required of over 50% of the existing structures on site to meet modern warehouse standards. Plans and specifications were prepared for the demolition of 300,000 SF of the existing warehouse, office and research facilities. A new building shell was designed by SAA and constructed on site. 240,000 SF of the warehouse was renovated for new office spaces and restrooms.
