Project Overview:

New construction of a three-story self storage facility and two separate single- story drive-up buildings. The Town of Farragut’s design ordinance for new construction required that 75% of each facade on site needed to be constructed using masonry materials. SAA attended multiple meetings with the Town in order to ensure that design needs were being met.

The large storefront corner of the facility houses the office and features units that are visible on the second and third floors. Contrasting colors of brick were used to accent this area. A variety of brick coursing was used to add visual interest to long span facades.
