Project Overview:

New construction of a 6-story self storage facility.

The site for this facility highly limited the size and configuration of the proposed building. Intense flood-proofing was required as a large portion of the building sits in a flood plain. Much thought was put into the selection of exterior materials to be aesthetically pleasing to the surrounding area. Green screens were introduced into the design to further appease the public and blend better along an adjacent nature trail.
