Project Overview:

This project consists of architectural design preparation for four affordable infill houses. The new houses are designed and constructed as a continuous row, two story, separated by fire walls, first floor slab-on-grade. The houses are approximately 20 feet wide, of similar or identical in plan and design, with three bedrooms and one full bath on the second floor and one half bath on the first floor. The houses’ setback from the adjacent buildings provide front yards and front porches.
