Our adaptive reuse and historic preservation portfolio includes projects involving buildings from the 18th through mid-20th century structures that are revitalized with a variety of purposes, including professional offices, residential condominiums, affordable housing, hospitality, and recreational spaces. Many projects involve balancing financial requirements with regulatory constraints, such as Federal Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits.
