Kristy Spahr
Manager of Drafting Services
As the Manager of Drafting Services, Kristy Spahr prepares all technical drawings; including floor plans, elevations, building sections and custom interior casework details in addition to overseeing SAAarchitect’s CAD library and drafting standards. Ms. Spahr is responsible for preparation and coordination of interior design finish boards and client presentations. Ms. Spahr has an extensive background in custom residential and commercial architecture, with a specialty in adaptive reuse of historic warehouse buildings and the self-storage industry. Ms. Spahr has been responsible for the design of self-storage projects totaling over 1.75 million square feet.
