Tenant fit-out and interior design services for new upscale women’s accessory boutique. The 1,700 SF boutique includes custom casework for the sales counter, storage cabinetry and display cases. Interior finishes include patterned wood-look ceramic tile with porcelain tile accents, wood veneers on all casework and wrapped columns and pilasters, and iridescent wallcoverings relating to the gem-themed corporate name. All of the interiors create a neutral backdrop to enhance the colors of the accessories.
