SAAarchitects Helps Warm the Community with Crocheted Creations

As the unseasonably frigid weather continues, SAA’s Danika Dallam finds a way to help bring back the warmth to the community by crocheting sets of hats, scarves, and mittens to donate to a local clothing bank. Crocheting began as a pastime while at her sons’ sports practices, and Danika soon realized she could put this hobby to good use to help those in need. The crocheted sets pictured were donated last week to a local church prior to their monthly community breakfast, in which their clothing and food banks are open to attendees in need.
