SAA embarked on a joint development venture with a local design-build contractor to compile a preliminary design / feasibility study for a new 40 – room lodge, restaurant, bar, and banquet facility. The design of the facility was inspired by the remote wooded region of Centre County, with heavy-timber architectural features and elements relating to local farm heritage.
