Rustic, Cabin Style Home Completed In Time for the Holidays

SAAarchitects partnered with builder John M. Dotzel Builder, Inc. to bring this 5,600 sq. ft. rustic, cabin style home to life. This space features custom cabinetry and soapstone countertops by Olde York Homes to enhance the home’s unique, natural appearance. SAAarchitects was able to collaborate with the homeowner’s masonry business by incorporating custom masonry details, including a “heart” at the top of the hearth and other distinguishing elements throughout the home.

Additional Space That Allows for Less Electrical Consumption

Construction has been completed at Capital Self Storage’s West York facility. SAAarchitects created an additional 38,000 square feet of usable rental space to the remaining buildings on site. In an effort to be more energy efficient, SAA recommended and installed solar panels to one of the finished buildings. This will decrease the overall lifecycle cost and help reduce Capital Self Storage’s carbon footprint.
